Primary Investment Focus
Well positioned Industrial, Multifamily, Medical, Retail, Office and Mixed-Use properties with an add-value or repositioning component.
Primary Development Focus
Build to suit developments for tenants deemed essential and with whom we have a relationship or who have directed us to acquire and build.
